Ricky knows the power of personal relationships – that every client deserves the personal touch. He knows that insurance protects more than just possessions. He takes the time to get to know each client on a personal and professional level.
Ricky graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in finance. He started his insurance career in 2010 with Katt Insurance Agency and he has worked in both personal and commercial lines, becoming licensed in life insurance products in 2015. When LMCU acquired Katt Insurance in 2016, he became a member of the Lake Michigan Insurance Agency team.
Ricky enjoys racing his classic cars (yes, he’s covered) and spending outdoor time in Michigan’s north country.

Joining Lake Michigan Insurance Agency in January of 2017, Greg Katt is Account Executive and Director of its Recreation Insurance Division. Greg first entering the insurance environment in 1999.
With expertise in all areas of personal and commercial insurance, Greg’s specialty is campgrounds and RV parks. Himself a camper, he strikes a natural connection with campground owners, providing insurance policies and risk management expertise to more than 150 campground owners throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.
Greg serves as an active member of the Michigan Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVIC) and the Michigan Association of Recreation Vehicles & Campgrounds (MARVAC). He also volunteers his time to several local nonprofit organizations. Greg enjoys all things Michigan, listening to live music, distance running and spending time with his wife and their six children.
Deb joined the Katt Insurance Agency family in 2009 as a customer service representative in both commercial and personal lines. Deb’s career in insurance began in the area of medical and dental claims, after which she pursued state licensing requirements in property, casualty, life, and health. She is passionate about educating everyone in the areas of proper asset protection.
Outside of work, she is married to Mitch and is involved with her son’s Cub Scout troop.
